If you are not completely satisfied with your SKINBEAUTYDEPOT purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. This 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases of any product.

The following items are not eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Free Gifts, Promotional Items & Gift Cards

  • Final Sale Items

SKINBEAUTYDEPOT reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet our policy guidelines.

Missing or Damaged Items

If an item is missing from your order or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost. Photos of damaged items may be requested to help us improve future customer experience.

Returned to Sender / Refused Delivery

Packages returned to sender or refused upon delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee, in addition to any return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Funds typically appear within 2–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
If the refund is not visible after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
